1. REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At LUXEVANE, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer covered by European Union consumer law, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order, without having to provide a reason.

Return Conditions
Products should be returned:
- With all original components and accessories
- Properly packaged to avoid damage in transit
- With the original packaging where reasonably possible
Customers may inspect a product as they reasonably would in a physical store.
If a product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, LUXEVANE may be entitled to deduct an amount reflecting any reduction in value, where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Return Shipping Costs
For a change-of-mind return made under the 14-day withdrawal right, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless LUXEVANE agrees otherwise or applicable law requires us to cover the cost.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- The wrong product
- An incomplete order

Include your order number and, where appropriate, clear photographs showing the issue.
If the product is defective or does not conform to your order, LUXEVANE will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.
Where legally required, LUXEVANE will cover the reasonable cost of returning defective or incorrect goods.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund.
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been returned.
Where a valid statutory withdrawal applies, standard original delivery charges will be reimbursed where required by law.
Additional charges resulting from choosing an express or premium shipping method may not be refundable.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.
Legal Guarantee
Your rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods are separate from your 14-day withdrawal right.
For qualifying purchases covered by Spanish consumer law, new consumer goods are currently covered by a statutory legal guarantee of three years from delivery.
Nothing in this policy restricts your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.
